Hi everyone,
This is a exercise I found very useful in every day life. You may not be able to use it everyday but having the knowledge of it is beneficial. After doing the exercise I found my self in a much calmer place and any negative thoughts were gone and only positive ones remained. Even on our busy lives we need to take some time for our selves especially with all the negative feeling that are out floating about. Having more positive energy and being positive in your thoughts is so important. Individuals see that you are positive and want to be around you because you make them feel good too. I enjoyed this and will continue to use it in my daily life.
I agree with you that in our busy lives it is improtant for us to take time for ourselves and focus our thoughts on positive things. There is no doubt about it that positive people are much more pleasant to be around than negative people.

I am glad you found it useful. There are so many negative people and emotions around. It is very important to surround yourself with positive people. It is very frustrating to be in a good mood and one person will try to suck that out of you with their negativity. These exercises will keep us strong and capable of fighting that and hopefully capable of projecting our positive energy to others.
