Unit3 Reflections:
Having this exercise at this time is very interesting for me. I just returned from the doctors with results. I thought they were going to be totally good but their is room for improvement. I would have to rate myself at a 6. My physical well-being needs improvement which means that my psychology and spiritual have room for improvement too. After sitting and taking a good look at what needs to have improvement and being able to physically see it on paper their is no way to dismiss it. Seeing it in black and white now we work on a plan and set the goals in motion to change so the mind, body and spirit can heal and attain the 10 that I deserve. When the body and mind can work through the issue and come up with the solution it helps the spirit get a fresh start. The total and end result is that the number moves toward the positive and not the negative.
For the physical this means eating better making sure not to eat to many sugars, fats, sodium which will counter what the goal is. Incorporating exercise helps the body to change and the new habits are replacing the old bad one. Which then moves us into the spirit when the body is feeling healthier the spirit is more alive it sees and feels itself getting stronger. Progress is happening and going to continue until it goals are met. The psychological needs to see the results to change the mind about hoe it perceives its self. Having a good report and seeing the changes in them the mind can change and accept and be happy of the changes. By making changes in diet and exercise is necessary and then taking time to do relaxation meditation is essential for the body to full repair and recharge itself.
The Crime of the Century:
This is a exercise that I have done before and I use it before I enter into a session with my clients. I like doing this exercise I enjoy doing it out side with my feet touching the ground. There is a feeling that my feet have become part of the earth and that I am totally at peace and with a whole new charge to it. I am more aware of my surroundings and more in tune to what I need to do. This exercise helps me help my clients and family and most especially me. I have new energy, and am in more control but feeling relaxed and calm after. I love this and the feelings it brings.
